| CRYLOTECH DLX is designed as an elastomeric
waterproofing coating for concrete terraces, walls,
bridge decks, retaining walls etc to provide long
service life, anti-carbonation, waterproof protection. |

| COMPONENTS |
| CRYLOTECH DLX consists selected blend
of polymers with the inherent flexibility, that
allows the membrane to accommodate movements in
the substrate. CRYLOTECH DLX is specially formulated
to seal, decorate and simultaneously waterproof
exterior surfaces in a two coats application. It
can be applied by brush, roller or airless spray. |

| Recommended coverage : 500 g/sq.m

| INSTRUCTIONS
FOR USE |
| MIXING INSTRUCTIONS |
| CRYLOTECH DLX is supplied in ready-to-use
condition and hence does not require any mixing.
However, it is preferable to stir the contents prior
to application. |

| APPLICATION |
Good surface preparation is essential.
All substrates should be mechanically sound and
free of surface contaminants. Rough areas and
honeycombing should be levelled prior to the application
of CRYLOTECH DLX
Prior to application, the area must be cleaned
thoroughly and wetted with water, ensuring that
there is no standing-water. When the concrete
appears to be drying, then the first coat of CRYLOTECH
DLXshould be applied. Apply CRYLOTECH liquid by
brush, trowel or rubber squeegee. For large areas
CRYLOTECH DLX can be spray applied. Recommended
installation thickness is 500 microns for walls
and 1 mm for slab. It is recommended to allow
24 hours between application of each coat. |

| CURING |
| CRYLOTECH DLX cures in contact with
air.. It is recommended that no water comes in direct
contact with CRYLOTECH DLX atleast for 24 hours
after application. |

| HEALTH AND SAFETY |
| CRYLOTECH is alkaline and should
not come into contact with skin or eyes. Splashes
to eyes should be washed immediately. There will
be no emission of any fumes as CRYLOTECH is a water-based
emulsion. |

| PACKAGING AND SHELF LIFE |
| CRYLOTECH is packaged in 20, 50,
100 or 200 litre containers. Stored in a cool and
dry environment. CRYLOTECH has a shelf life of 12
months. |

| TOOL CLEANING |
| Tools should be cleaned with water
before CRYLOTECH hardens. |
